Adina works in the software group of IRISNDT as the client relations director, to fulfill owner/users’ asset integrity and data management needs. She is an active member of the energy community in the Calgary area, and as part of that, she enjoys working together with the IPEIA committee members for the past three years.
Jennifer Dowdle – Pre-Conference Vice Chair
Jennifer Dowdle, P.Eng. API 510/570/653, IBPV, TSask, NBIC IS Acuren Group Inc. In her 15 years at Acuren, Jennifer has worked in various laboratories understanding how material properties are influenced by their environments; then as a failure analyst looking at how/why equipment failures occur; and finally as a field engineer/asset integrity inspector to detect damage and ultimately prevent failures from occurring through inspections and preventative programs in the pressure equipment industry.
Bryce Parkinson – Pre-Conference Past Chair
Bryce Parkinson, – Company: Group 10 Engineering Ltd., with over 15 years’ experience working in the upstream oil and gas sector across western Canada. Bryce has had the unique opportunity to work in multiple operating areas for small and medium sized producers and service providers. A focus for the majority of his career has been the inspection and management of pressure equipment, but exposure on the production operations side of oil and gas assets gives him a unique perspective and understanding of the economics and issues facing producers. 2018 will be 6th Conference on the IPEIA Steering Committee.
I’m currently the Ops Manager, Western Canada, and General Manager for Wood Buffalo Region AB. In the NDE and ANDE service provision industry for 20+ years. Sports enthusiast, who plays most sports including soccer and squash. Several years of experience with volunteer organizations board of directors in Edmonton, Ft McMurray, and Alberta and mentor to young and new candidates in NDE and Rope Access industry.
Nick Marx, IMRL attended the 1st IPEIA Conference 22 years ago. He is a huge supporter of IPEIA and has only missed 2 conferences. He started volunteering his time to IPEIA in 2003 on the Program Committee and continued to evolve his roles. He started on the Steering Committee in 2007 as the Chair of Public Relations and was the Chair of the 2017 IPEIA Conference. Nick continues to provide his guidance and support on various committees as and where needed. IRML has been a bronze sponsor 5 years.
