Shannon Paquette – Public Relations Chair
Shannon Paquette is the District Manager with Team Industrial and have been with the company for over 16 years. Shannon has been working with IPEIA for 6 years.
Ryan Brosda – Public Relations Vice Chair
Ryan Brosda is a key member of the management team at Maverick Inspection Ltd. Since 2005 he’s been providing innovative solutions for clients, developing new inspection methods and fostering long-term industry relationships. Ryan is excited to take on the IPEIA Public Relations Vice Chair role and continue leading the Sponsorship sub-committee.
Heather Addley, APIWELL Group Ltd., NDT Equipment and Supplies, 37 years in the NDT industry starting in 1980 with North American Inspection Services. Sales of NDT equipment and consumables since 1989. In attendance at all IPEIA conferences except for the year 2004. This is Heather’s 3rd year supporting IPEIA on a subcommittee.
Ana Benz, the IRISNDT Chief Engineer, has worked for IRISNDT for 22 years as a Corrosion, Failure and Inspection Specialist. She performs inspections and organizes plant inspection projects using mainstream and advanced inspection technologies. Ana has worked extensively for the Chemical Process Industry, Petrochemical Plants, Fertilizer Plants, Oil and Gas and nickel refineries around the world. She graduated as a Materials Engineer in the University Simon Bolivar in Venezuela and then obtained a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering at the University of British Columbia many years ago. She has several CGSB NDT certificates and CWB Level 3 and API 510 certifications. Ana was a member of the NACE Edmonton Executive for 15 years and before that participated in various capacities for the Edmonton Chapter of the Canadian Welding Institute. She is very happy and proud to have had the opportunity of attending many IPEIA conferences since 1998.
Heather Fairfield, IHS Market, is an account executive for technical information related to the pressure vessel, pipe and welding industry. Heather is a Member emeritus of IPEIA, past chair of public relations committee and has been an IPEIA member for 11 years.
Keith Galliot CET, Corix Control Solutions has been exhibiting at IPEIA for 7 years and decided this year to help with the Public Relations Committee of IPEIA. Keith’s experience with not for profit committee’s and regulatory board experience will be valuable to his work on the IPEIA committees. Keith is an Instrumentation Engineering Technologist with over 13 years of experience with Pressure Relief in Section VIII and Section I Applications.
Leslie Gareau is a Clinical Dietitian with the Alberta Healthy Living Program in Alberta Health Services. She is affiliated with IPEIA because of her husband Frank’s involvement over the past 20 years. This is Leslie’s second year supporting the coordination of the IPEIA spousal program.
Rusty Hurl – Events & Registration Lead
Rusty Hurl is a sales professional, working with Team Industrial Services for 8 months. Rusty is relatively new to the energy sector, having spent many years in the not for profit fundraising sector, and hospitality before that. This is Rusty’s second year volunteering with IPEIA.
Brandon Hutton a materials engineering technologist graduate from NAIT and I have been in the industry for 12 years now. Over the span of his 12 year career he has been a field engineering technologist, consultant and inspector. He started with TEAM in October of 2018 and is extremely proud to work with such a great team.
Robyn Krisher, PEng is a Materials Engineer with over fifteen years of experience working in multiple facets of the Mechanical Integrity industry from both the service provider and the Owner User perspective. She has been attending IPEIA conferences since 2001 and is excited to be part of the PR committee.
Kurt Mackay – Sponsorship Lead
Kurt MacKay has been working in the inspection and integrity management field across multiple energy sectors for over 10 years; providing support to owner users with PEIM implementation and management. This is Kurt’s first year volunteering for IPEIA and looks forward to becoming more engaged in the industry while being able to support others locally.
Nick Marx, IMRL attended the 1st IPEIA Conference 22 years ago. He is a huge supporter of IPEIA and has only missed 2 conferences. He started volunteering his time to IPEIA in 2003 on the Program Committee and continued to evolve his roles. He started on the Steering Committee in 2007 as the Chair of Public Relations and was the Chair of the 2017 IPEIA Conference. Nick continues to provide his guidance and support on various committees as and where needed. IRML has been a bronze sponsor 5 years.
Nyssa Moore has a background in engineering and has experience in multiple engineering and integrity roles. She enjoys utilizing her diverse background to volunteer her time in organizations and events that promote continuous improvement in processes/procedures, efficiency, and overall program quality.
Nick Schmoyer is Vice President and Technical Director of Inspectioneering. Nick came to the organization in 2011 after a successful career in commercial insurance. During his time with one of the largest insurers, Nick was responsible for managing commercial policies valued in excess of $200 million. Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Economics from The University of Oklahoma.
Alison Weeks – Communications Lead
Alison has over twelve years of experience in the oil & gas industry with a strong foundation in inspections and integrity management with both NACE and API certifications. Alison manages the Signalta Resources Limited Owner-User Program as well as Signalta’s Pipeline Integrity Program. She has been involved with IPEIA for the past 4 Years, sitting on both the Steering Committee and Public Relations Committee.
Jeremiah Wooten is a Managing Partner and serves as General Counsel for Inspectioneering, LLC in The Woodlands, TX. He has been involved in the Oil & Gas business since graduating from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2010. Jeremiah has been attending IPEIA since 2016 and this is his second year serving on the Public Relations Committee.
Jessie Wong is the Operations Manager at Lloyd’s Register and this is her third year in the Program Committee and her 6th year attending IPEIA. An engineer by training and self-taught artist, Jessie is someone who thrives on being underestimated. Her passion lies in finding ways to improve upon existing processes and techniques, and knowing that an impact to any organization. Whether it’s working on projects or chasing down new opportunities, at the end of the day, it really comes down to the people who keeps me motivated and driven to grow my career.
Jim Yukes – Exhibition Lead
Jim Yukes, AVH Engineering Inc, has over 25 years business development experience including Non-Destructive Examination, facilities and pipeline integrity services in Western Canada and internationally. Jim has been committed for over 5 years to IPEIA including Program, PR and Steering Committees.
